Do you believe in karma?

Do I believe in karma? Absolutely.

I believe that what we put out into the world eventually finds its way back to us, whether it is good or bad.

Sometimes we see a child misbehaving and say, “My child will never do that!” Then guess what? Our child ends up doing the same thing—or worse! Life has a funny way of reminding us not to judge others too quickly.

I also believe that when we intentionally hurt someone or do something mean, sooner or later, we pay for it in some way.

But karma isn’t only about the bad.

I believe that when you do good, good has a way of coming back to you too. My mother is a perfect example. She is a very generous person. She helps people financially or buys them something when they need it. She doesn’t have a lot of extra money herself, yet somehow, she is never in need of anything.

I’ve watched that throughout my life, and it has always stayed with me. She gives even when she doesn’t have much to give, and somehow, life always seems to provide for her.

So yes, I believe in karma. I believe kindness matters. I believe generosity matters. And I believe the good we put into this world is never wasted.

We may not always see it come back right away, and it may not come back in the way we expect. But sometimes, a little kindness finds its way back to us when we need it the most.

What goes around comes around—and I want the things coming back to me to be good ones.
